Mindfulness Group
At Trauma Healing Hawaii, we recognize the profound power of mindfulness in the journey toward healing and self-discovery. Beginning in January, we are excited to introduce a weekly education and support group that invites participants to explore mindfulness techniques, fostering a transformative experience. Each Saturday, we gather virtually to embrace the possibility of renewal; as the saying goes, “Your world is reborn each morning.”
This group is designed to nurture a beginner’s mind, encouraging participants to approach their experiences with openness and curiosity. Whether you choose to engage in lively discussions by the fire or reflect quietly in a personal space, we emphasize the importance of creating an environment conducive to growth and resilience.
Through a blend of education and experiential learning, participants will develop essential skills in self-awareness and self-reflection. By making room for new perspectives, individuals can cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves and their experiences. Mindfulness not only enhances our capacity to cope with challenges but also empowers us to build a more meaningful existence. Facilitator
This group is led by Ingrid Middleton, LCSW, a highly trained and experienced professional with extensive expertise in mindfulness practices and their connection to mental health and overall well-being.
Service Rate
