In addition to talk therapy, trauma sensitive yoga therapeutically works with the body. Trauma Healing Hawaii offers two forms of yoga, Trauma Center-Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) and Yoga Therapy. These yoga approaches are trauma-informed modalities that integrate somatic work into the treatment of trauma.
