We greatly value humanistic and psychodynamic therapeutic approaches, as well as trauma-informed modalities like EMDR and Trauma Center-Trauma Sensitive Yoga. We have a special interest in the integration of embodied therapies that treat the whole person, because we understand trauma's wholistic impact on the individual. Although we specialize in trauma, we work with a diversity of individuals and couples of all ages who are working through a wide range of experiences.

Our team of professionals work collaboratively, fostering a supportive and compassionate environment that promotes growth and development both personally and professionally. In addition to our values of competency and collaboration, our practice offers maximum autonomy and freedom to our clinicians. We seek to provide as much support as needed, while also giving as much space as desired.

We are a Telehealth-exclusive practice which allows for maximum flexibility in work hours and work location. Trauma Healing Hawaii has the systems and people in place to handle referrals, intakes, scheduling, billing, credentialing and all of the time-consuming paperwork involved in running a practice.
